Q: How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, road transport strikes, damaged roads, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates
Wizer usually delivers as per the following details:


Delivery within 48 Hours (business days only)

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 2 business days if it is being shipped to the following areas:

  • Delhi NCR (Delivery within 24 hours in select locations)
  • Metros
  • Select major cities given below:

Delivery in 7 business days

For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 7 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.

Delivery later than 7 business days

For heavy salon furniture or equipments, delivery may take up to 2 months. In such cases, the buyer can clearly see the delivery period before placing the order.

Q: What is the range of locations that Wizer ships to?

Wizer has a strong network of distributors throughout India. We supply items to every city and town of India, including small districts.

<h4 >Q: Why is the delivery time different for different products?

Some products in our catalogue are in stock and can be despatched within 48 hours. However, certain heavy, bulky and expensive furniture or equipments are imported on order and can take upto 2 months to get delivered.

Q: Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Q: Why did I receive partial order?

Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way.
Sometimes, if an item of your order is taking longer to get despatched, we ship the rest of the items immediately (if available) to avoid delay and for the convenience of the buyer.

Q: How are the items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Q: What if I am unavailable during the delivery of the consignment at my house?

The courier service providers usually text before sending out the delivery to your house. Despite that, if you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the courier service provider will call up the given number and ask for your availability. Alternatively, the parcel might be returned to the courier service provider’s office and can be collected by you personally at a convenient time.

Q: I should have received my order but I haven’t. What do I do?

  1. If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Q: Does Wizer have a physical store/demo place where one can see and try the products?

Yes, Wizer has a display office in Ghittorni (MG Road) where the entire product range including heavy items will be on display. One can see the products and practically try them before buying. Soon, we will try to establish display centres across all Metro Cities.
